Is delivery included in the price?
Yes — delivery and pickup are included for addresses within 20 miles of our Frankfort, IN location. Addresses beyond 20 miles incur a small extended-range fee, shown automatically when you enter your address at checkout.
When is sales tax applied?
Indiana's 7% sales tax is calculated on your subtotal (rental + any extended-range fee) and shown as a separate line item before you pay.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes — just call or email us at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled pickup date and we'll provide the cost.
What if I need more totes mid-rental?
Contact us and we'll do our best to bring additional totes out to you, subject to availability.
Are there any other fees?
No. The price you see at checkout — rental + any extended-range fee + 7% Indiana sales tax — is the total you pay. No fuel surcharges.
